Our Mission
The Yet Mindset is dedicated to building stronger communities through classes intentionally built around SEL focus areas and an understanding of the interconnected web that SEL competencies support in each individual, family, and community.
Our Vision
The Yet Mindset envisions a world where each community member has access to a strong foundation of the social emotional learning competencies that drive our day to day activities; self-awareness, social awareness, responsible decision making, self-management, and relationship skills. And the gentle guidance to use those competencies to strengthen relationships, build emotional literacy, and find joy in nature play.
Our Values

Community-Not only is our focus on growing brighter communities around us, we are also focused on growing a strong, happy, supportive community within The Yet Mindset.
Support-Each individual connected with The Yet Mindset should feel supported and heard in all endeavors and recognized for the unique perspective they provide.

Celebrate-Because each individual brings their own lived experiences and their own strengths, it is important that we celebrate the uniqueness of each person and recognize those differences as strengths that help to move us all forward.

Educate-Our world is growing smaller in many ways and it is imperative that we stay fresh in our knowledge of these changes in order to stay effective as educators and world changers.

Gratitude-Each step our organization takes should be met with gratitude. Gratitude for the energy and passion that helped us move to that next step and/or gratitude for the new experience and knowledge received in that step. Meeting each new experience with gratitude welcomes new learning and lots of joy.
