our programs

Cultivating curiosity, care, and connection through mindfulness, social emotional learning, and a focus on strengths. Our student and family focused classes encourage child-led exploration, and offer an opportunity for child and adult to connect through play. They provide practice for the SEL skills that classes are built around.

Mother and Daughter Yoga

family yoga

Our family classes offer:

  • Introduction of the SEL focus area

  • Support from a book, music, games

  • Family-centered flow

  • A wonderful opportunity for close connection in guided meditation

student workshops

In these sessions students are led through mindful movement and guided reflections in a trauma sensitive space. Each session will have an SEL-focused theme, which can be chosen or specified to meet the current needs of the students. These sessions will offer opportunities to practice strategies and build emotional literacy. Educators are offered resources for continued practice and support of each introduced strategy.

Outdoor Class

literacy program

Our literacy programs still maintain an SEL focus but with fun and engaging books to capture student's attention and inspire a love of reading! These monthly sessions include a book reading, a social emotional tool to practice, movement, and a bit of play!
